Rob joined Christman in 2011 and has become a go-to expert for delivering high-profile and complex projects with repeat clients. He thrives in an ever-changing environment and can make decisions quickly to keep projects moving forward. Prior to joining Christman, Rob spent eight years in the U.S. Army, where he was commander of the only Technical Rescue Engineer Company in the Department of Defense. In 2021, Crowe received the Christman Way Cornerstone Award, Christmans highest honor recognizing one who exemplifies our Christman Way values.
Rob is the Chair of the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross Mid-Michigan Chapter, a board member for Michigan State University’s Executive MBA Alumni Association and the Lansing Parks Foundation. Rob was promoted to Vice President in the Central Michigan region in 2022. His project portfolio shows his diversity in construction types (including Accident Fund of American New National Headquarters and multiple projects for Auto-Owners Insurance), and he has become sought after for his K-12 expertise. Rob spends his free time outside, from riding his bicycle with his dad to running road relays with his work friends to hunting the whitetail woods, he has yet to find an outdoor activity he doesn’t like.
