In 2016, Steve became the director of operations at Christman Mid-Atlantic Constructors (CMAC), where he has been supervising field operations in both the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast United States. His responsibilities have encompassed project planning, estimating, construction management, process scheduling, and contract negotiation. Steve’s commitment and achievements earned him a promotion to vice president in 2021. Before joining Christman, Steve worked as a senior project superintendent for another major construction firm.
