Dave leads project planning and heads Christman’s self-perform estimating team. He analyzes project requirements, reviews documents, and provides precise cost estimates, factoring in materials, labor, and market conditions. With industry expertise, effective communication, team-building skills, and a focus on competitiveness, Dave establishes the groundwork for successful construction projects. Dave joined Christman in 2014 as a project manager/estimator, with many years of experience as a union carpenter, field engineer and BIM/VDC coordinator. He advanced quickly to senior estimator in 2017 and was promoted to chief estimator in 2021.
