Jeff is a seasoned veteran of the industry, beginning his construction career in 1985 and joining Christman in 2006. He has honed his ability to run projects in a variety of target markets in the Knoxville region. In particular, he is an expert at managing large and complex projects and at overseeing many team members, both internally and externally while accurately predicting and addressing project challenges and leadership needs.
Jeff’s involvement in and leadership on Christman projects is extensive, from higher education projects such as the $85 million Energy & Environmental Science Research Building for the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture, $200 million Neyland Stadium renovations, $230 million Harrah’s Cherokee Casino expansion, and $340 million Shannondale Retirement Community.
