The Corewell Health sub-acute rehabilitation facility, is an 80-bed, 83,000-square-foot facility occupying a serene 15-acre site that promises to redefine the standards of post-surgery, injury, and illness rehabilitation.

The Corewell Health team entrusted The Christman Company with the pre-construction and construction management services of this
visionary project. The facility features four distinct 20-bed units radiating from a central commons area. Each unit includes a specialized bariatric
room, resulting in a total of 80 single bedrooms designed to enhance the rehabilitation experience.
