First United Methodist Church of Rockwall New Sanctuary

First United Methodist Church Rockwall chose Christman (then MEDCO Construction) in May 2013 to provide pre-construction and construction services for the larger sanctuary planned for their campus. Much time was spent in the pre-construction phase in order to meet the church’s budget. The larger sanctuary connects to the current facility, so Christman managed the project around the church’s ongoing operations. While the project was under construction, the church expanded the scope to include a tower/steeple and a repurposed worship space.
