One Christman: Supporting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

At Christman, we believe our workforce should reflect the communities we serve. We’ve learned through our long history that the best outcomes happen when all voices are heard. Together, with the leadership of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Council, we are committed to building a more inclusive and equitable workplace for all.

Creating safe zones

A Safe Zone is a place where everyone is free to be themselves and share ideas, concerns or mistakes without fear of punishment or humiliation. We are committed to creating a culture of belonging where we celebrate our differences, embrace equality and ensure every voice is heard and valued.

In this zone you can expect:

  • A positive environment with trust, kindness and dignity. Zero tolerance for anything less.
  • Meaningful work where everyone matters regardless of your role or status—together we accomplish great things.
  • Individual value where you matter and your voice, safety and contributions are valued.

About our DEI Council

Our council is comprised of seventeen members, including a steering committee that oversees each of our pillar groups: Culture, Engagement and Outreach, and Business Imperatives. The full council meets monthly to further our commitment to developing a more diverse and inclusive work environment where all Experts, Leaders and Partners can achieve their goals.
