Brendan is responsible for CCI’s Earthwork and Site Utilities Division, with more than 30 years of experience spanning projects across the United States. He started as a concrete and civil laborer in high school and college, moved on to engineering and design work for a national engineering consultant after college, and returned to construction early in his career.
He has extensive experience in estimating, managing, and overseeing complex, multi-faceted projects, including automotive, heavy industrial, power, water/wastewater, military/government, stadiums, higher education, transportation, and heavy civil projects. Brendan grew up helping on his family’s farm and brings this work experience to creatively solving problems, managing heavy equipment, and juggling job demands and risks.
