John joined Christman in 2020 and serves as regional business development director in North Carolina. John brings more than 30 years of experience in construction and real estate development to Christman. For more than 25 years, he worked as an owner’s representative on the development side of construction, which provides a unique perspective to his business development role. John is particularly skilled at community development and consensus building.
Throughout his career, he has been active in numerous organizations, such as the YMCA, NC FIRST (a STEM program supporting middle and high school students) and the advisory committee for the Piedmont Triad Office of the North Carolina Biotechnology Center. John is also an active member of the Construction Professionals Network (CPN) of NC, where he previously served on the board.
