Kaleena joined Christman in 2016 and has become a leader in our K12 pre-bond delivery and client services. Her passion for engagement is central to her role. She actively connects with school districts and community members, facilitating open communication and idea sharing to create solutions that lead to community-minded facility solutions.
Kaleena serves as the Director of Partner and Client Experience, where she leads efforts to develop strong, lasting partnerships and ensure client satisfaction. In this role, she oversees the strategic planning and implementation of initiatives designed to enhance the client experience. Kaleena serves as a Board Member of Gilda’s Club Grand Rapids.
