As the principal-in-charge of Knoxville operations, Marty provides executive oversight of projects and staff throughout the Tennessee region while maintaining key client relationships. Among the critical building blocks Marty brings to ensure delivery of great outcomes for our customers and partners are his collaborative team approach, experience in the market and strong industry involvement. He is a licensed professional engineer specializing in the construction of higher education, healthcare and other facilities and is also ASHE Certified and a LEED Green Associate.

Marty joined the firm as a project engineer immediately after graduating college in 1998 and was later promoted to project manager in 2001, senior project manager in 2005 and vice president in 2010. He now serves as senior vice president and general manager of Knoxville operations. He is actively involved with AGC of Tennessee – Knoxville Branch where he has served as board member, vice president, branch president, and is currently serving as past president.
