Tyler oversees and manages construction operations for Christman Constructors, Inc. (CCI), with a focus on general trades and carpentry services. He is involved in strategic planning, project management, and ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. In his previous role as director of carpentry services, he was responsible for operations of the carpentry division of CCI, providing oversight and leadership of estimating, procurement, operations, scheduling, safety and budget.
Tyler came to CCI as an intern, joined full time in 2001 as a project engineer and was promoted to project manager in 2007, to senior project manager in 2012, to director of carpentry services in 2016 and to vice president, interiors in 2021. He is a member of the Michigan Historic Preservation Network and the Preservation Trades Network and sits on CCI’s Board of Directors.
