Lansing Board of Water & Light
When the Lansing Board of Water and Light’s existing coal-burning steam plant became outdated, a new cogeneration facility plant was constructed to better meet the needs of the community. The new plant dramatically reduced the emission of greenhouse gases by 50 percent.
