Flint Downtown Redevelopment Corporation
The three-story building includes tenant spaces on the first floor, office space on the second floor, and a vacant third floor. Added to the U.S. National Register List of Historic Places in 1985, this project focused on refurbishing and restoring various existing features and replicating others in order to transform the space into its original state.
Binnerri Church
With a focus on building for the future and accommodating continued growth, Binnerri Presbyterian Church opted to construct a new campus building home to multi-functional contemporary church spaces.
First Presbyterian Church – Knoxville
This phased renovation and addition to First Presbyterian Church in downtown Knoxville involved work on all six floors of the church, restoring the structure’s architectural integrity as well as bringing historic features back to life.
Chase Oaks Church
To meet the needs of its growing congregation, Chase Oaks Church partnered with Christman to construct two new buildings on a 27.7 acre site that are home to a worship center, atriums, classrooms, and more.
