El Centro College
This addition included a new cafeteria seating area and serving line, restrooms, entrance and canopy, classroom space, and chiller and cooling tower along with associated site work.
Construction involved a ground-up addition to the existing college campus, which also included a large gathering space, pantry, and an expanded central utility plant with additional mechanical infrastructure to serve the new building.
