The Rankin Center at Ferris State University underwent a significant renovation to modernize into a dynamic University Center, featuring diverse food, retail, and entertainment options alongside comfortable gathering areas.
We led the pre-construction and construction efforts, employing innovative planning tools like BIM and overcoming challenges such as unexpected floor misalignments, ultimately delivering the project on time and within budget, ensuring the facility’s role as a central campus hub for student engagement and community interaction.
