Carpenters and Millwrights Training Center

The Michigan Regional Council of Carpenters and Millwrights partnered with Christman to construct a new state-of-the-art training center to house their worker training as well as offices for union administration. With a goal of consolidating its southeast Michigan operations under one roof, this project brought together administrative and training centers that had previously been spread across the state.

Through the construction of 147,000 square feet of new training space, Michigan Regional Council of Carpenters and Millwrights nearly doubled their training capacity from a little over 800 students to 1,500 annually.
